Matt has been involved with the junior section of the club since 2011, both as an age group manager and as Juniors Fixtures Secretary. He joined the Cricket Committee in 2018, initially in charge of Communications, then later as Club Fixtures Secretary. Matt took on the position of Cricket Chairman in 2023. Despite age and injury, he is still an enthusiastic 'social' cricketer and can be found captaining the Tigers most Sunday afternoons.

Charlie is the latest in a long line of Avent's to have played sport at the club. The youngest of 3 brothers, Charlie took on the role of the Club and 1st XI Captain for the 2024 season.

Dave joined Winchmore Hill as a colt in 1980 and progressed into the senior sectioning captaining the 1st XI for four years in the late 90’s. He has served several stints on the cricket committee and has been Juniors Manager since 2016.

Jim joined the club from Spalding CC in 2015, having held every position at the Lincolnshire club in the thirty four years he was there. Passionate about encouraging children to play cricket, as our club CDO, Jim has built up a huge school partnership in our local community. As a player Jim began in the 3rd XI and now holds his own in the 5's. His dream is that his three year old son will don the WHCC shirt and join him in the middle in years to come. Bang the drum!

Matt has been a club member for over thirty five years, joining as a colt age seven. He has played at every senior level and captained the 2nd XI for three seasons. Prior to re-joining the committee in his current position as Safeguarding Officer, Matt previously performed several different roles including Secretary and Treasurer.

Steve joined the committee in 2021. He is the full-time scorer for the club 2nd XI, Sunday Tigers and other club sides. As the scorebook/scoreboard expert and resident archivist, he is currently employed researching club history towards a comprehensive chronicle of the Winchmore Hill Cricket Club from 1880 to the present day.
Neal has been involved with the cricket section at Winchmore Hill all his life, starting as a colt in the 1970’s and eventually captaining the first team for 4 years in the 1990’s. Neal was also Chairman between 2015 and 2022. He has held various posts on the cricket committee over the last 30 years as well as being heavily involved with the colts section during this time.
